the staff was helpful! they sent us information about the city after we booked, including restaurant recommendations. the location is very central, so i could walk everywhere.

there was ONLY one plug socket in the room, it was difficult to charge my devices :(

the location was superb! it placed me right in the heart of everything. the staff were also helpful, especially with directions. my room came with complimentary drinks and snacks, a nice touch.

The soundproofing could have been better. I heard some street noise.
